hello sweet heart

i am excited to share with you one of the simplest and sweetest practices i know: self holding.

it is exactly what is says: a practice of holding yourself, both physically & emotionally. it's an intimate connection with yourself.

i love it so much because in its simplicity, it is profound. the relationship you have with yourself, is the most important one in your life.


if this one is based in love, understanding & respect, you can do anything. there is a sense of comfort & grounding in your being.
